Before you start seeing clients

Work through each item below in order. These aren't formalities — they give you the clinical foundation and system fluency you need on day one. Check each item off as you complete it, then submit the form at the bottom.

Before your first day — send to Joe

Email the following to joe@houstonheightstherapy.com before your start date:

  • Signed offer letter and contract
  • Proof of active Texas LMSW license
  • Diploma and transcripts
  • NPI number (Type 1 individual)

Joe will handle your Sessions Health setup, I-9, and Google Workspace on day one.
