Difficulty controlling the worry. C. ≥3 of the following (only 1 required in children): 1. Restlessness or feeling keyed up/on edge 2. Easily fatigued 3. Difficulty concentrating or mind going blank 4. Irritability 5. Muscle tension 6. Sleep disturbance (difficulty falling/staying asleep, or restless sleep) D. Causes clinically significant distress or functional impairment. E. Not attributable to substances or another medical condition. F. Not better explained by another mental disorder.

A. INTRUSION (≥1): 1. Recurrent, involuntary, intrusive distressing memories 2. Recurrent distressing dreams 3. Dissociative reactions (flashbacks) 4. Intense/prolonged psychological distress at trauma cues 5. Marked physiological reactions to trauma cues B. AVOIDANCE (≥1): 1. Avoidance of distressing trauma-related thoughts/feelings 2. Avoidance of external reminders (people, places, situations) C. NEGATIVE COGNITIONS/MOOD (≥2): 1. Inability to remember important aspects of trauma 2. Adjustment Disorders
Adjustment Disorder — With Depressed Mood

ADJUSTMENT DISORDER WITH DEPRESSED MOOD (F43.21) ────────────────────────────────────────────────── A. Emotional/behavioral symptoms in response to an identifiable stressor, within 3 months of stressor onset. B. Clinically significant: - Marked distress out of proportion to the severity/context of the stressor - OR significant impairment in social, occupational, or other functioning C. Does not meet criteria for another mental disorder; not an exacerbation of a preexisting disorder. D. Symptoms do not represent normal bereavement. E. Symptoms resolve within 6 months of stressor (or its consequences) terminating. Predominant presentation: Low mood, tearfulness, feelings of hopelessness.
Adjustment Disorder — With Anxiety

ADHD — Combined Presentation

ADHD, COMBINED PRESENTATION (F90.2) ───────────────────────────────────── Meets criteria for BOTH Inattention and Hyperactivity-Impulsivity below. INATTENTION (≥6 symptoms for ≥6 months; ≥5 for age 17+): 1. Fails to give close attention / makes careless mistakes 2. Difficulty sustaining attention in tasks or play 3. Does not seem to listen when spoken to directly 4. Does not follow through on instructions; fails to finish tasks 5. Difficulty organizing tasks and activities 6. Avoids/dislikes tasks requiring sustained mental effort 7. Loses things necessary for tasks 8. Easily distracted by extraneous stimuli 9. Forgetful in daily activities HYPERACTIVITY-IMPULSIVITY (≥6 symptoms for ≥6 months; ≥5 for age 17+): 1. Fidgets with or taps hands/feet; squirms in seat 2. Leaves seat when remaining seated is expected 3. Runs/climbs in situations where inappropriate (in adults: restlessness) 4. Unable to engage in leisure activities quietly 5. "On the go" / acts as if "driven by a motor" 6. Talks excessively 7. Blurts out answers before question is complete 8. Difficulty waiting their turn 9.
