Sit with Michael to understand how clients are routed, how intake paperwork is assigned, and how benefits verification works.

Joe reviews a sample of your progress notes and treatment plans. Formative — goal is early feedback, not evaluation.

Verify individual and group supervision hours are tracked correctly for LCSW licensure purposes.

Verify with Michael that credentialing applications with Aetna, BCBS, and Cigna are submitted and in process.
